I began the first decade of my career in a startup helping to launch a billion dollar global and award-winning brand while in a leadership development training role. Having now been a professional Keynote Speaker for 25 years, I've given over 10,000 programs in front of audiences of up to 25,000 people, impacting over a million people throughout my career. As a three-time best-selling author with eight publications, hosting a television show seen in 50 countries worldwide, as well as a podcast that highlights female leaders who are changing their corner of the world, I'm committed to amplifying great leadership.

Partnering with the biggest brands in the world, I help to develop their high-performing leaders through keynotes, training, and perfomance coaching. With an inspiring and engaging message, leaders can confidently step into their power and transform their imapct and influence. I am the Chief Operating Officer for an organization with projects around the world; leading well, leading differently, and leading with impact is important to me. I've also been the Chief of Staff for three federal campaigns, leading large and dynamic teams. Additionally, I'm on the leadership staff of one of the country’s largest women’s organizations, personally leading 15 Directors and 30,000 people per day.  I'm not just talking about leadership, I'm actually doing it.
