Jen’s roots in learning and development began at Discover Card, where she spent nearly a decade as a Trainer delivering leadership development, new-hire, customer service, and technology training. She developed curriculum, coached and developed employees, leaders, and emerging leaders, and managed training programs from design through delivery and evaluation.
Since then, her career has taken her from the training room to the C-suite—and into organizations across virtually every major industry. That combination gives Jen a perspective few facilitators bring: she understands learning from the trainer’s chair, leadership from the executive table, and the human dynamics that determine whether either one actually works.
Today, Jen has delivered more than 10,000 presentations and learning experiences to over one million participants, working with audiences from emerging professionals and frontline leaders to senior executives.
